Independent Reviewer and Crime Expert David Swindle and his “Justice Abroad” colleagues Barrister Michael Polak and Former Diplomat David Walters have been engaged by David Cornock (Senior) to carry out a review of investigations regarding the circumstances surrounding the death of his son David Malcolm Cornock which occurred on or around 2nd May 2019.
The Justice Abroad Team are reviewing all available case related material on behalf of the family to support investigations conducted by the Thailand Authorities and to provide additional support to David’s family to assist establish the truth about his death.
