JUSTICE ABROAD – Challenges For Families

Sadly families of victims of crime and potential crime abroad have to deal with confusing diverse judicial and investigatory processes in their search for the truth about what happened to their loved ones.

Processes can go on for decades, as in the cases of Kirsty Maxwell killed abroad Benidorm, Spain and Craig Mallon murdered in Lloret de Mar, Spain and other high profile cases where the determination of victims’ families to leave no stone unturned by continually challenging the authorities for answers, truth transparency and progress regarding potential lines of enquiry and evidential opportunities. This is the Recording of a BBC Scotland Radio interview our Justice Abroad colleague David did on 5th June 2020 regarding these challenges.
